How Does LWM Work?

We believe that a 6 week commitment will be what you need to jumpstart the changes that you’re wanting to see in your life.

There are 2 options for your to choose from, either one-on-one coaching, or a buddy system with 2-3 people.

One On One


Over the 6 weeks, you will meet one-on-one with Laurie to go over your goals and create a plan that works for you.

Buddy System


Spouses, friends and accountability partners might be the best option for you to meet, and exceed, the goals you have.

Laurie Schwab has been helping others achieve their successful lifestyle for years. This means, in a nutshell, she knows how to help you to look the way you want to look, feel the way you want to feel, and perform at the top of the game we call life.

Laurie will focus on educating you on how to eat and how to realistically implement these strategies into your every day life. As a result, you will learn how to maximize your weight loss and/or fitness efforts and yield the biggest returns on your time investment.

Laurie will help design a plan for you that is realistic and that will fit easily into your everyday routine. Learning to spend your time wisely is the first step to seeing the results you have been looking for.
